Through the addition of a highly modern coil coating mixing plant in the Unna factory, even higher quality standards, production speeds and flexibility can be achieved in coatings production. This allows us to respond to customer needs faster and more dynamically, especially in vibrant color shades and fluctuating production runs. In particular, constant color values can be produced with more stability for subsequent orders. The new mixing plant can be operated fully automatically, semi automatically, manually or a combination of all of these options depending on the type of order. This allows high flexibility, specific to the respective order and thus accelerates production – also through the use of high quality semi-processed products produced in the Unna plant. Shorter delivery times also arise from the fact that the mixing plant is an additional plant rather than the replacement of other production capacity.
