Review: PaintExpo 2026 Brillux Industrial Coatings looks back on a successful trade fair

What a debut trade fair at PaintExpo: For the very first time, Brillux Industrial Coatings exhibited at the world's leading trade fair for industrial coating technology. The consistently high level of interest at the stand confirmed the success of the first trade fair appearance.

Brillux Industrial Coatings presented itself on around 90 square meters with a completely new, modern stand concept. The open, high-quality design reflected the brand’s aspirations and created an inviting atmosphere that encouraged many visitors to linger and exchange ideas. The trade fair presentation thus convincingly underlined the innovative strength and professionalism of Brillux Industrial Coatings.

A convincing focus topic: Brillux Industrial Coatings switching to low-temperature powder coatings

The focus of the presentation was the conversion of the core powder coating range announced at the trade fair. In future, Brillux Industrial Coatings will only offer low-temperature powder coatings. For industrial coaters, this means one of two things: Either they can significantly reduce their CO2 emissions during the coating process by lowering the curing temperature. Or they have the opportunity to significantly increase their output through faster component throughput times.

At a trade fair, this was a real statement in times of the energy crisis. In doing so, Brillux Industrial Coatings is leading the way in the industry and setting a clear example for greater sustainability. This was very well received by the trade fair visitors. In addition to the changeover in the powder coating range, the powder coating sample collection with many real samples at the trade fair stand and coatings for military applications were also on the agenda.

Looking to the future with a positive mood

The results of the trade fair are impressive: More than 10,000 visitors from around 70 countries made their way to Karlsruhe. Brillux Industrial Coatings was one of 425 exhibitors from 30 countries. According to the trade fair organizer, 45 percent of guests attend only PaintExpo. This underlines its importance as a global industry meeting point.
