Zinc Priming Powder EP 5815
Zinc primer with an epoxy base for maximum corrosion protection, for use on blast-cleaned steel and passivated aluminum.
- excellent corrosion protection
- very good protection against filiform corrosion on passivated aluminum
- in combination with Universal Polyester Powder 5910, it complies with the corrosivity category C5 I/M high based on DIN EN ISO 12944 part 6 (independently tested by the Institute for Corrosion Protection (Institut für Korrosionsschutz), Dresden)
- high resistance to chemicals
- very good mechanical parameters
- after appropriate pretreatment, suitable for blast-cleaned steel and passivated aluminum
- after full curing / cross-linking, the paint film is physiologically safe
