Solidarity, responsibility and appreciation are the foundations of how we operate. That is why we invest in the health and safety of our employees, establish binding occupational safety standards and actively promote equal opportunities and a healthy work–life balance. Through transparent processes and comprehensive support programs, we take responsibility – as an employer, a business partner and a member of society.
Occupational safety is a fundamental part of our responsibility toward employees and partners. We design it to be binding, transparent and aligned with our human rights due diligence obligations.
Through standardised safety guidelines, systematic recording and evaluation of workplace incidents, structured communication and hands-on support, we create an environment where people can work with confidence and security.
Health promotion is more than a benefit – it is part of a strong corporate culture. With a holistic health management approach, we lay the foundation for long-term motivation, performance and well-being. Our B-Vital Health Center at our headquarters in Münster reflects this commitment: a dedicated space where employees receive personalized support – from physiotherapy and nutritional counselling to targeted training programs.
At our locations outside Münster, we support employees through a health allowance for certified courses in exercise, nutrition, relaxation and addiction prevention. Employees can take initiative and choose programmes that suit their individual needs – whether back training, yoga or nutritional advice.
Balancing professional and private life is not always straightforward – particularly during challenging periods. That is why all employees have access to professional counselling and mediation services through our partner famPLUS: whether in finding suitable childcare, navigating care responsibilities for relatives or coping with mentally demanding life situations. The support is available nationwide, confidential and free of charge for our employees.
Taking responsibility for the environment and society also means continuously reflecting on and improving our actions. With future generations of our family-owned company in mind, we strive to strengthen Brillux step by step, day by day.
We have formalised this commitment – both for ourselves and for those who work with us – in our human rights policy statement. It complements our code of conduct, which forms the foundation for cooperation with our suppliers.
This document provides employees and third parties with information on how to report potential human rights violations or environmental breaches within the supply chain in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Reports can also be submitted anonymously.
