Electrodeposition Paints (CDP)

Electrodeposition Paints (CDP)

Highest corrosion protection

Electrodeposition painting is one of the most sophisticated coating methods in the field of industrial surface treatment in which electric current flows between the workpiece and electrodes.

In cathodic deposition painting (CDP), the workpiece is the cathode (minus pole). In electrodeposition coating a high degree of corrosion protection is possible.

Other advantages include very uniform film thickness - even in hollows - and no drips or runs. Additionally, there is almost no paint loss if the right rinsing method is used. Brillux electrodeposition paints are waterborne and thus environmentally friendly.
